How is your property different from the competitors?

What is your Pet Policy?

Bayside Cove at South Amboy welcomes cats and dogs (a maximum of two pets per apartment). There is a one-time pet fee of $500 and a $50 per pet monthly charge. For more information please contact the Leasing Office as breed restrictions may be subject to change.

How much are the apartments?

Townhomes range $2700 - $3500 and Flats range $2000 - $2600.

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposit is 1.5 x the monthly rent.

Is my security deposit re-fundable?

Yes, if there are no damages or any outstanding balance owed on your account.

How do I apply?

There are two ways to apply. First, you can meet the Leasing Manager at the leasing office and they will assist in the application process. Second, is to fill out the application in the "Contact Us" tab and send it to the main office. A $50 application fee is required.

Do you accept short term Leases?

Please contact the leasing office for more information about short term leases. Our standard lease is 12-months.

Do you offer storage units?

Yes, climate controlled storage units are available for rent.

Do you have parking in the community?

All townhomes have attached private garages. Covered parking is available for the luxury apartment flats. Additional parking is abundant throughout the community.
